What’s New(ish), Miami? Part II
A bar, a museum and late-night, cookie-delivering owls:
// Public House
A simple, “come one, come all” style joint that welcomes everyone to hang out, drink and enjoy bar games likes darts, billiards and pinball. The brains behind it (including our friend Conrad Gomez) have created a great vintage surf-style saloon where everyone feels like a local.
Pro tip: Get there early on Fridays for $5 drink specials beginning at 5pm.
// Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM)
A contemporary and modern museum dedicated to collecting the finest international art from the 20th and 21st centuries.
Check out Chinese artist Ai Weiwei’s exhibition According to What?, on display until March 16th, 2014.
// Night Owl Cookie Co. ($)
Delivering Since: September
A cure for the late-night munchies. Night Owl Cookie Co. delivers 25 different types of cookies and glazed doughnuts until 2am every night.
Order a little bit of everything. There’s a $10 minimum for deliveries, which is really just an excuse to try six different types of cookies.
