FRIDAY, 10/7, 6:30pm: There’s nothing like autumn in Chicago. Kick off the season with signature fall dishes from local restaurants, complimentary beverages from local breweries, raffles, silent auctions, wine games and music from a local bluegrass band. All proceeds benefit the Lincoln Park Community Center. ($50)

Dreamcatcher Class + Munch & Support

SATURDAY, 10/8, 1pm: Catch your dreams with Sinclarity Clothing this Saturday. Sip on some new Shaker cocktails from the fall menu and indulge in Cafe Integral pastries while you make your own dreamcatcher! All materials will be provided in this tutorial, plus one complimentary cocktail of your choice. ($45)

SATURDAY, 10/8, 1pm: After building your own dreamcatcher, head over to Leghorn Chicken and indulge in an unreal delicious chicken and waffle sandwich served up by Chicago’s own, Taylor Bennett! This collaboration is in support of homeless youth and the LGBTQIA community—if that’s not the ultimate definition of comfort food, we don’t know what is.  ($8)

Chicago Marathon + James Blake at Cadillac Palace Theater

SUNDAY, 10/9, 6am: Spread some good vibes this Sunday and cheer on the 45,000 runners zipping their way through the Chicago marathon! Finish line is at Grant Park, catch the Chicago spirit. (Free)

SUNDAY, 10/9, 7:30pm: After a day full of cheering on the brave marathon runners, grab your tickets and swoon over James Blake at the Cadillac Palace Theater. Let the master of ambient electronic soundscapes take you on a musical journey you’ll never forget.  ($36.50)

Columbus Day Parade + Chicago Architecture Foundation River Cruise

MONDAY, 10/10, 9am: Happy Columbus Day! Head downtown for the 64th Anniversary of Chicago’s annual Columbus Day Parade. With over 150 floats and marchers, this year is particularly special. (Free)

MONDAY, 10/10, 7:30pm: After the celebration, hop aboard and get the best views of Chicago from Lake Michigan. In 90 minutes, you’ll get the inside scoop on our breathtaking architecture and rich history.  ($46)

TUESDAY, 10/11, 8pm: Lighten up the week with some humor at the #Humanity show at the Annoyance Theater & Bar. This hilarious comedy show pokes fun at our digital-obsessed generation and social media only communication patterns. It’s a damn funny time to be alive! ($8)

River North Pub Crawl + Tacoteqa

THURSDAY, 10/13, 6pm: Nicole Zeimis is our Chicago expert, meet her in the lobby for a tour of some of the best River North bars! We’ll be hitting up some primo spots like Andy’s Jazz Club, Howell & Hood in the Tribune Tower and the Bandana for live music. Booze and cruise your way into the night! (Free)

THURSDAY, 10/13, 9pm:After our pub crawl, we’ll be heading back home to the Broken Shaker for some tacos and a nightcap at Tacoteqa. Come see what new delicious tacos we’ve concocted this week! (Free)
