Friday, Feb 21 // Virginia Key Grassroots Festival:

Virginia Key State Park, all weekend: If SOBEWFF isn’t your thing, escape to Historic Virginia Key State Park for a full-on, four-day, four-stage, 40+ band music and dance festival. The fest kicked off yesterday, but there’s still tons of live performances, music and dance workshops, yoga classes (and more) on tap before everything wraps up Sunday night. ($30-$40)

Saturday, Feb 22 // Eats & Beats:

Moore Building, 7:30pm: Your inner foodie will absolutely love this supremely unpretentious food and wine event, so watch this. Eats ‘n’ beats and eats ‘n’ beats and eats ‘n’ beats… ($99)

Sunday, Feb 23 // Broken BBQ with Giorgio Rapicavoli from Eating House:

Our place, 3pm: With Georgio on the eats and Broken Shaker servin’ up Leblon Cachaca drinks, this backyard BBQ is going to be nothing short of orgasmic. Throw in some live music by Haitian Hillbilly, a dip in the pool and a heated game of ping pong, and it’s a full-on Sunday-funday. (Free)

Monday, Feb 24 // Bike to South Pointe Park:

Miami Beach, anytime: Five of our favorite spots in Miami Beach, wrapped into one bikeable adventure! ($15 bike rental)

Tuesday, Feb 25 // Tuesday Night Trivia:

Elwoods Gastro Pub, 8pm: Expect three rounds of questions with prizes (a pitcher of beer, beer glasses and a t-shirt) for the winners of each bout, and drink specials: two Estrella Damms on draft for $8 and $5 off all wine bottles. Done and done. (Free)

Wednesday, Feb 26 // Swamp Thing:

O Cinema, 8pm: Popcorn Nights and O Cinema are bringing back the 1982 comic book movie classic Swamp Thing for one night only. ($12)

Thursday, Feb 27 // The Lobby Sessions ft. Jean Jacket

Our place, 10pm: Catch Broken Shaker’s Harlowe G. and the electro, synth-driven tunes of his band, Jean Jacket, live in our lobby Thursday night. Stellar tunes,  infectious vibes and delicious cocktails are all in store. (Free)
