Living sustainably doesn’t have to look a certain way or adhere to a certain formula. We want to help you explore ways of reducing waste that feel accessible to you. Whether it’s using a plastic bag until it wears through, making a batch of soup stock out of food scraps, backyard composting, or repurposing kitchen olive oil into a surprisingly decadent hair mask, we can all be a little bit kinder to the planet every day.
In this workshop, we will work on identifying one or two shifts that feel doable (and maybe even fun!) within the framework of your lifestyle. We’ll chat, ask questions, share resources, and offer ideas focused on the kitchen and your health and beauty routine. Remembering that we’re in it for the long haul, starting small allows sustainable habits to spread organically into different areas of your life.
