At the Museum, you can explore various hands-on exhibits designed to teach mathematical concepts in a fun and interactive way. The best part is, you don\u2019t need to be a math whiz to enjoy it.<\/p>\n

What exhibits are there to see at MoMath?<\/h2>\n

One of the most popular exhibits at the museum is the Square-Wheeled Tricycle. This exhibit lets you experience what it\u2019s like to ride a bicycle with square wheels – and trust us, the ride is much smoother than you’d expect.<\/p>\n

You can also race against the clock on the Hyper Hyperboloid, an exhibit that uses a spinning disc to create the illusion of riding on a never-ending roller coaster or visit the Tesselations Station where you can explore the concept of tessellations.<\/p>\n

Where is the National Museum of Mathematics?<\/h2>\n

The National Museum of Mathematics is located in the heart of Manhattan in the famous Flatiron District. Its address is 11 East 26th Street between Fifth and Madison Avenues, across from Madison Square Park in the NoMad neighborhood. This central location makes it perfect for those visiting the city who want to add a little bit of math learning to their trip.<\/p>\n

Opening hours<\/h2>\n

MoMath is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, seven days a week. The museum is closed on Thanksgiving Day and after 2:30 pm on the first or second Wednesday of each month.<\/p>\n

How much is the entry?<\/h2>\n

If you plan on visiting MoMath, we recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance<\/a> via their website. This is because online admission tickets are less expensive than buying in person – there is also only a limited number of tickets available to purchase on the day.<\/p>\n
