Conrad’s Rides
South Beach Sights: This route takes you from Freehand down to the southernmost point of South Beach, where you can watch the cruise ships leave the port from the newly renovated South Pointe Park. (6 miles)
Biscayne Breezes: Cruise from Miami Beach through Downtown and Brickell and across the Rickenbacker Causeway to the pristine beaches of Key Biscayne. (30 miles)
Hollywood, Here I Come: Pedal your heart out, north on Collins, past Balharbor Shops, Haulover (a nude beach), Hallandale, Golden Beach all the way to Hollywood. (35 miles)
Miami Beach Bike Tours
Miami Beach Community Ride: The second Saturday of every month, the Miami Beach Bicycle Center stops traffic to give cyclists free reign of their street course. The fun begins at 9:00am at their store (601 5th Street) and continues throughout the day, free of charge and open to all.
Bike and Roll Miami: Check out Bike and Rolls four tours for bikes, segways and kayaks departing from 10th and Collins daily. They variously feature Art Deco, sunsets and mojitos. Prices range from $35 – $70 per person. Bike and Roll also offers a helpful Miami Beach bike map on their site for those who like to chart their own course.
Rolling Bees Guided Bicycle Tour: This tour offers a generous dose of Miami beach architecture, history and culture and even the chance to take a dip at Nikki Beach. Tours are $59 per person and that includes the use of your bike for the rest of the day.
DecoBike Discovery Audio Tour: For $29.95, DecoBike offers you four hours on a bike with the stereo-sound commentary of the artists, historians, and hipsters who know Miami Beach best. If you want to roam around unguided , it’s around $5 an hour, or $24 for a day.
