Mantra Monday Yoga

Rejuvenate your spirit and recover from the weekend with 60 minutes of asanas under the sun.

This class will open your heart, build your strength, and train you to focus and remain intentional and present.  Don’t worry if you’re new to yoga, we’re committed to helping students of all levels benefit from yoga through her  through her creative movement sequences, personal adjustments, and life-affirming themes.

To join the next session:

1. Sign up at the front desk by Sunday night.

2. Monday, slap on some sunscreen and meet us in the lobby at 4:45pm with a towel, some water, and an intention for your practice. Yoga starts at 5:00pm.
