We’re celebrating this special day at the Broken Shaker with spit-roasted tacos and creative twists on the classic marg.
Scott Baird, who oversees the San Francisco cocktail institution, Trick Dog, will be around to mix up some of his favorite unexpected combos featuring Ancho Reyes, a spicy liqueur made from ancho and poblano chiles. You can sip on drinks featuring labne, halva, and honey, or how about port wine with coconut cream, pineapple, and lime? You’ve never had margaritas like this before.

To pair with the drinks, we’ll be making all the classic taco varietals, including pollo de tinga, and al pastor, along with a craveable mushroom carnitas variation, and tostadas topped with grouper and habanero peppers.
