What does this mean? Check into one of our Private Rooms at Freehand Miami and Chicago and for every day that you opt-out of housekeeping services, we’ll reward you with a $5 Freehand voucher. You can help us minimize our environmental footprint by reducing waste, water and the usage of cleaning products and spend your Freehand dollars at any of our award winning bars and restaurants across both properties.

All you’ve got to do is make sure to add the ‘GO GREEN’ option during your booking.

Terms & Conditions:

– Voucher can be redeemed towards any beverage spend in the hotel

– Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions (i.e. happy hours, etc)

– No change is given for part-used vouchers. Individual vouchers can only be used once, regardless if you used the full amount of the voucher value or not​

– Vouchers cannot be used as a tip​

– You must be over 21 to use vouchers for any alcoholic drink​

– Vouchers are valid for 1 month from the date of issue​

– Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash

– Unused, expired, or redeemed vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned

– Voucher is only redeemable in the city it was issued​ and sister properties in the same city

– Vouchers exclude tax and tip

– For long stay guests, wellness checks will be conducted every 5^th day. Therefore only 4 vouchers to be given at a time

– Option available for private rooms only (max 2 persons)
