What Will I See On The Cruise?
You’ll begin at Pier 36 before heading past Manhattan Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge and through Brooklyn. You’ll spot the One World Trade Center, Ellis Island and finally the Statue of Liberty. You’ll get up close and personal with the statue – sailing within 100 feet of it – and get to soak in the incredible skyline of Lower Manhattan from both the east and west side.
Throughout your cruise, your expert guide will point out a variety of famous sights along the river, including the Empire State Building, Governor’s Island and the new Freedom Tower.
How Do I Get The Cruise?
The cruise leaves from Pier 36 and returns to the same point. Once you arrive at Pier 36, you follow the edge of the building to the water and go to Slip 3 where you get in line to check in for your cruise with the Majestic Princess.
There’s a cash bar on board that sells drinks and snacks and you can sit both inside and outdoors.
We’d recommend booking in advance as this popular experience is a hit with tourists.
Tickets are around £30 but there is often a discount available if you book in advance. There are around 5 different times you can get the cruise throughout the day. If plans change and you cancel in advance, you’ll receive a full refund.
